We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you discover you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, however, you may return the item for a store credit, an exchange or refund within 7 days of shipment date.
Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire return form and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided on the packing slip. If you do not have this packing slip, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy.
Please reference your order number and include your request for store credit, refund or exchange in the return shipment.
*PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This includes any personalized items. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.
For a store credit, refund or exchange of the purchase price, items must be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
Option 1 – EXCHANGE
You can choose to replace the items you are returning with new items from the web site of the equal or lesser value. The new items will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost. Upon receipt of the returned items, your exchanges will be processed within 1 – 2 business days (time varies depending on the availability of exchange items).
Option 2 – CREDIT/Gift certificate
Your credit is going to be in the form of a gift certificate. A special code will be emailed to you, which you can use for future purchases from Classic Closet Clothing’s web site. You will be given credit for the items you return only & shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit/Gift Certificate will be issued via email within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.
Option 3 – REFUND
If you do not want or are not eligible for store credit or exchange, you may receive/choose this option to receive a refund back to your account. You will be given a refund for the items you return only & shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The refund will be made within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
The following items are NON-refundable:
- Returns received after 7 days of the original order shipment date;
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition;
- Intimates (including the following shapewear: contouring panties, shorts, and corselets; and the following seamless items: bras, leggings, dresses, and tanks), tights, socks, and final sale items;
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox – please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box; and
- Free gifts.
The following items are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY:
- Returns received more than 7 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee),
- Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner, and
- Vintage and vintage reserve/deadstock items.
Notwithstanding, all returns to Classic Closet Clothing for a merchandise refund will be at the sole discretion of Classic Closet Clothing upon inspection. Evidence of wear, markings, and unsanitary appearance will disqualify a refund. If we deem the product un-resellable, we will contact you with an option to have the item shipped back to you free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalized items (including customized iPods and personalized headphones) are not returnable. Software and Electronic Media Products (CDs, DVDs, CD/DVD-ROMs, Computer Games, Software, and VHS Tapes) cannot be returned after they have been opened.
We ask that you do not return merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective, please email customer service at email@example.com.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise, as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
